Managed Print and Copier Consultant.

My goal is to separate myself from the "old school" sales guys and "old school" sales tactics. I will provide the very best service in the industry by helping my clients achieve THEIR goals. I will do this by providing transparency in billing, transparency in service and I will always work as a partner to the people that invite me into their world.
I reduce paper waste, bloated contracts, and save organizations money...it's that simple.

Experience
Major Account Manager
Action Imaging Group
Business Supplies and Equipment industry
June 2006– Present
Tucson, AZ
I accepted a position to work with Action Imaging Group in 2006. The pitch was "We have NO customers, NO market share and NO infrastructure to speak of. We do however have a plan, a building, financing, great people and more than 100 years of experience combined".
Game on!
I quickly established an internal computer network, chose and implemented our back office systems and hit the streets as our first Sales Guy (not including one of the owners). In 5 short years Action Imaging Group has become the largest independently owned dealership in Tucson, AZ. I feel partly responsible and proud of that fact.
IT Manager / Field Supervisor
CB Document Solutions / AOT
Business Supplies and Equipment industry
2002– 2006 (4 years) Phoenix, Arizona Area
CB Document Solutions was quickly growing in Phoenix and I relocated from Tucson. The two man IT department grew to four and I was responsible for new network installations which included basic copier setups to more advanced document management system. In addition to customer support I was responsible for the departmental P&L and internal network infrastructure The merger of CB Document Solutions and Arizona Office Equipment brought drastic changes at which time I decided to take an offer from a newly formed company in Tucson.
Information Technology Manager
Copier Brothers
Business Supplies and Equipment industry
1997– 2004 (7 years)Tucson, Arizona Area
I was one of the first people networking copy machines. I started as a Hardware technician and quickly moved to a networking role when copiers went digital. This was a challenging time considering copiers were just starting to integrate to computers networks. Let's just say the copier manufacturers got it wrong a lot more than they got it right back then. In addition to the field support I was also responsible for the companies network infrastructure.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Network Infrastructure / Software Applications
Being a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer took me from a hardware role in the copier industry to to a more challenging network role. The career opportunities shifted for technicians with networking experience and I took full advantage of that fact.
Some College
Not my cup o' tea. I found opportunities in the copier industry that diverted my attention.
Activities and Societies:
Motocross racing consumed my time and energy through HS. I rode competitively all over the West Coast and in most national events. I quit the sport as in intermediate racer; one step before professional
