In this example the customer was being billed for 10,000 images per month. That's called a "base bill" in the copier world. The customer only produced 842 pages which was an overbilling of 9,058 pages! After more review we found this happening on other copiers within the organization.
FOUND MONEY - $1740.00 per year!
